A man claims that his Jeep was struck by a negligent driver

GRETNA — A man is seeking damages after he allegedly was involved in a car accident.

David Tripp filed a suit on April 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Justin Odale Perkins, Fitness Expo LLC, Continental Casualty Company and Valley Forge Insurance Company, alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on May 3, 2017. The plaintiff claims that the defendant failed to stop at a traffic signal and collided with his car.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David C. Jarrell of the Law Offices of David C. Jarrell in Chalmette.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 783163.
