NEW ORLEANS — A woman claims that she fell on property operated by Audubon Nature Institute Inc.
Yasmin Jabbar and Subhi Jabbar filed a lawsuit on May 9 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Audubon Nature Institute Inc. and National Casualty Company, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that Yasmin Jabbar was caused to slip and fall on the defendant's property. They claim that they were not warned about the surface that she allegedly fell on.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by John Richards of Morris Bart LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Rachael Johnson.
