GRETNA — A credit union is seeking more than $14,000 in sums due.
Campus Federal Credit Union filed a suit on May 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Derick J. Ranatza, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $14,905.60, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stacy G. Butler of Kizer, Hood & Morgan LLP in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib.
