Crescent City Construction & Renovation LLC accused of failing to pay over $9,000 for supplies

GRETNA — Two companies are seeking over $9,000 from a customer.

American Builders and Contractors Supply Co. Inc. and ABC Supply Co. Inc. filed a suit on May 15 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Crescent City Construction & Renovation LLC, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $9,475.54, plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance it allegedly owes.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Carroll Devillier Jr. of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson LLP in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 783826.
