Louis S. McGhee School claims that two individuals owe it more than $87,000

NEW ORLEANS — A school is seeking more than $87,000 in damages.

The Louis S. McGhee School filed a lawsuit on May 21 against Eric and Jennifer Kullander in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $87,706.40, plus interest, claiming that the defendants have failed to pay the balance due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Joseph E. Fick Jr.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
