Louisiana State University claims that it is owed more than $4,000

GRETNA — A university is seeking more than $4,000 in sums due.

The Louisiana State University Board of Supervisors through Louisiana State University filed a suit on May 24 against Nathan Charles Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $4,379.50, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Amy D. Richard of Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 784144.
