GRETNA — A living center is seeking more than $20,000 in sums due.
Bella Vie Living Center LLC filed a suit on May 25 against Laquita Garnett in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $20,435.10, plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Louis L. Gertler of Gertler Law Firm LLP in New Orleans.
