Carpenter & Paterson claims client owes more than $10,000

GRETNA – Carpenter & Paterson Inc. is seeking more than $10,000 allegedly owed by a client in connection with a piping goods and services agreement.

Carpenter & Paterson filed a lawsuit June 6 against Bay Supply Corp. in the 24th Judicial District Court

According to the complaint, Bay Supply has failed to pay $10,360.10 plus interest.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Anthony Staines of Staines & Eppling in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
