Kerri Stewart-Daniels filed a negligence lawsuit June 8 against Walmart Inc, also known as Walmart Louisiana LLC, in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on June 11, 2017 when the plaintiff was at a Walmart in Jefferson Parish.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. She is represented by Ryan Hughes in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
