GRETNA – Louisiana State University is seeking more than $5,000 allegedly owed by a former student whose federal aid was withdrawn when the student left the university.
Louisiana State University Board of Supervisors, through Louisiana State University, filed a lawsuit June 8 against Terry Lee Gallodoro in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the complaint, Galladoro owes $5,759.43 plus interest. The university claims the defendant was negligent in paying.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Amy Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
