Sherwin Williams seeks payment of $11,204 allegedly due on credit line

GRETNA – Sherwin Williams Co. is seeking more than $11,000 allegedly due on a commercial credit line.

Sherwin Williams filed a lawsuit June 8 against Tom's Marine & Salvage LLC and Tom Dinii in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $11,203.65 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying for goods issued.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by W. Simmons Sandoz of Sandoz Law Office in Opelousas.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
