NEW ORLEANS – A man is seeking more than $600,000 from a law corporation.
Rick Espadron Lombard filed a lawsuit June 4 against Christine Desue and Christine Desue A Professional Law Corporation in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due and breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for more than $600,000, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due and breach of contract.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Robert G. Harvey in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
