Customer accused of missing more than $30,000 in installment payments

GRETNA – An individual is seeking more than $30,000 allegedly owed by a customer.

Aed El-Sabae filed a lawsuit June 12 against Fathi Jarushi in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $30,472, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay 30 monthly installments.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by J. Courtney Wilson in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
