Woman seeks damages following alleged fall in Rouse's Market

GRETNA – A woman claims that she was caused to slip and fall in Rouse's Market.

Mary Jordan filed a suit June 15 against Rouse's Enterprises LLC, dba Rouse's Markets, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on June 15, 2017 when the plaintiff was at the Rouse's Market at 4041 Williams Blvd. in Kenner. The suit states the plaintiff was caused to slip and fall while in the store due to no fault of her own.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Wrennel Gibson in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
