Bank of America claims open account of more than $19,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $19,000 in sums due.

Bank of America filed a suit June 18 against Ronald Dunshee in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $19,464.69 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
