Barclays Bank Delaware seeks $1,721 due on Visa card

GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware is seeking more than $1,500 allegedly due on a Visa credit card account.

The bank filed a lawsuit June 19 against Toni Thomassie in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $1,721.47 plus interest, claiming the defendant has not paid the amount due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by M. Reah Linton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
