GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware claims Visa account holder Dajanique Young owes more than $2,000 on the open account.
The bank filed a lawsuit June 19, seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $2,381.92 plus interest and claiming that Young has failed to pay off the amount due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.
