GRETNA – LVNV Funding LLC is seeking more than $1,200 allegedly due on a Bankcard account.
The funding company filed a lawsuit June 19 against Randy Gray in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $1,238.95, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
