GRETNA – Midland Funding LLC filed a lawsuit seeking payment of more than $3,500 allegedly due on an Amazon account.
Midland Funding filed a lawsuit June 19 against Lauri Bedell in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the complaint, Bedell owes $3,657.45 on the account and has allegedly failed to pay the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
