Capital One claims credit card customer owes more than $2,300

GRETNA – Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a lawsuit June 1, alleging that it is owed more than $2,300 on a credit card account.

The bank filed a lawsuit against Ali Bouremel in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $2,374.60 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
