GRETNA – Capital One Bank (USA) NA is seeking nearly $3,000 allegedly due on a consumer credit card account.
The bank filed a lawsuit June 1 against Gaynelle Hawkins in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the defendant has an account balance of $3,103.78 plus interest, but Hawkins' account has a credit in the amount of $129.42. As a result, Capital One is seeking $2,974.36.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Sarena Gaylor.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
