Bank of America claims credit card customer owes nearly $4,000

GRETNA – Bank of America NA is seeking payment of nearly $4,000 allegedly owed on a consumer credit card account.

Bank of America filed a lawsuit June 25 against Kathryn Ann Berzas in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the complaint, Berzas owes a balance of $3,919.38 plus interest and has not paid off the amount due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
