GRETNA – A company is seeking more than $14,000 in sums due.
Vigor Marine LLC filed a suit June 26 against Great Northern & Southern Navigation Co. LLC, French American Line in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $14,243.75 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gilbert Gonzalez Jr. of The DeGrasse Law Firm in Baton Rouge.
