GRETNA – Capital One Bank claims it is owed more $3,500.
Capital One Bank filed a suit June 25 against Garry Byrd in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $3,530.96, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the damages due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan.
