Barclays Bank claims customer owes $3,211 on Visa card account

GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware is seeking payment of more than $3,000 allegedly due on a Visa card.

The bank filed a lawsuit June 25 against Erineesha Shelton in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $3,210.70 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the amount due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
