Barclays claims customer owes more than $2,500 on Mastercard

GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware filed a lawsuit June 25, alleging that Melanie Wilson owes $2,510.74 on a Mastercard account.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed the lawsuit in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, Wilson also owes interest on the account and has failed to pay off the amount due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
