Bank of America seeks payment of $12,387 owed on credit card

GRETNA – Bank of America NA is seeking more than $12,000 allegedly owed on a credit card.

Bank of America filed a lawsuit June 25 against Glenda Romero in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $12,386.64 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
