Barclays Bank seeks nearly $5,000 allegedly owed on Visa card

GRETNA – Barclays Bank Delaware is seeking payment of nearly $5,000 allegedly due on a Visa card account.

The bank filed a lawsuit June 29 against Holly Pineda in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $4,859.49 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the amounts due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
