Hancock Whitney Bank claims Advanced Electrical owes nearly $200,000

GRETNA – Hancock Whitney Bank is seeking nearly $200,000 in principal due on a promissory note.

The bank filed a lawsuit June 29 against Advanced Electrical and Data Services LLC and Michael Ryan in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the complaint, the defendant was negligent in paying off the note in regular installments and now owes $186,773.52 in principal, plus interest and late fees.

The plaintiff is seeking payment of all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Clay Legros of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.
