GRETNA – A man is seeking damages, claiming that the car he bought was not to the agreed specifications.
Christopher Cruise filed a suit May 3 against RPM Automotive Specialist LLC, Ruel Smith and ABC Insurance Co. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for breach of contract, claiming that the defendant sold a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado that was not to the specifications that it had been agreed to be bought with.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jon Yeager of Yeager Lanasa Tauzier LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
