GRETNA – A moving and shoring company is seeking $30,000.
Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring LLC filed a suit May 29 against Concepcion Aguirre in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for breach of contract in which the plaintiff failed to pay back the sums due from work done by Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring LLC.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
