GRETNA – A condo association is seeking payment of more than $7,800 in fees and assessments allegedly owed by a condominium owner.
Fountain Court Condominium Association Inc. filed a lawsuit July 11 against Robert Clutterbuck in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the complaint, Clutterbuck owes the association $7,860.86 plus interest, and he has allegedly failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by James Cronvich of Favret, Carriere, Cronvich in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
