Former ATM Worldwide employee accused of soliciting customers

GRETNA – ATM Worldwide LLC is seeking damages in connection with a former employee's alleged breach of contract.

ATM Worldwide filed a lawsuit July 12 against George Peterson, G. Peterson Enterprises LLC and Cashpoint LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the complaint, the defendants allegedly began soliciting employees who worked for ATM Worldwide, although he had signed an agreement not to do so for a period of two years.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Paul Carriere of Favret, Carriere, Cronvich LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
