NEW ORLEANS – A woman claims that she slipped and fell at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel.
Rachel Graham filed a lawsuit July 10 against the hotel and ABC Insurance Co. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, Graham allegedly slipped and fell in a restroom on July 20, 2017 because hotel staff failed to properly clean up a mess. Graham said she had to go to the hospital after she fell.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and other appropriate relief. She is represented by Bobbie Smith of Bobbie C. Smith LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
