Penske Truck Leasing claims it is owed more than $34,000

GRETNA – A truck leasing company is seeking more than $34,000.

GRETNA – A truck leasing company is seeking more than $34,000.

Penske Truck Leasing Co L.P. filed a suit July 16 against Premier Event Management LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $34,559.50 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of The Oakes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 785674.
