NEW ORLEANS – A financial corporation is seeking more than $27,000 in sums due.

NEW ORLEANS – A financial corporation is seeking more than $27,000 in sums due.

Cach LLC filed a lawsuit July 12 against Daniel Oser in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $27,414.90 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin Giarrusso.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-6840.
