Discover Bank seeks payment of $22,831 due on credit card

GRETNA – Discover Bank filed a lawsuit seeking payment of more than $22,000 allegedly owed on a credit card.

Discover Bank filed a lawsuit July 18 against Wagdi Hanna and Awatif Hanna in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $22,830.82, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Everette Altdoerffer of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
