GRETNA – CitiMortgage is seeking more than $114,000.
CitiMortgage Inc. filed a suit July 18 against Michael J. Veillion and Stephanie Bren Veillion in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on executory process.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $114,098 plus interest, claiming that the defendants have failed to pay off the balance due on a monthly basis.
The defendant is accused of sums due on executory process.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
