GRETNA – Wells Fargo Bank NA is seeking approval to seize and sell a mortgage holder's property to pay $114,484.33, plus interest, due on the note.
Wells Fargo Bank filed a lawsuit July 19 against Rodney White in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance due and has defaulted on the mortgage.
Wells Fargo is also seeking payment of attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Candace Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
