Platinum Home Mortgage Co. files suit seeking more than $121,000

GRETNA – A mortgage company is seeking more than $121,000 in sums due.

Platinum Home Mortgage Corp. filed a suit July 18 against Phyllis Ann Lefort, aka Phyllis Ann Lefort Dandry, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on an executory process.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance of $121,879 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has been negligent in paying the monthly sum due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an executory process.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
