Bank of America files court action on past-due mortgage

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking sums due on a mortgage.

Bank of America filed a suit July 18 against Greer Alexandra Thompson, aka Greer A. Thompson, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $115,008.00 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay the balance.

The defendant is accused of sums due on executory process.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
