U.S. Bank Trust seeks more than $102,000 on unpaid mortgage

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $102,000 in sums due.

U.S. Bank Trust as trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust filed a suit July 17 against Jerome R. Bonie Jr. and Cheryl B. Bonie in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on executory process.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid mortgage in the balance of $102,307.63 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay what is owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on executory process.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.
