GRETNA – VW Credit Leasing is seeking more than $15,000 in sums due.
VW Credit Leasing Ltd. filed a suit July 19 against Allen R. Austin in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages from the defendant, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off his lease and is indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $15,786.53 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by G. Thomas Arbour of the Law Office of G. Thomas Arbour.
