GRETNA – LVNV Funding is seeking more than $9,500.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit July 19 against Bernnadetta Rue in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $9,549.68 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
