Barclays Bank Delaware claims customer owes $3,939 on Visa account

GRETNA – A bank is seeking payment of nearly $4,000 allegedly due on a Visa card account.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a lawsuit July 20 against Brittani St. Pierre in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $3,938.88, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the amount due.

The bank is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
