NEW ORLEANS – Wells Fargo is seeking more than $7,800 in sums due.
Wells Fargo Bank filed a lawsuit July 5 against Douglas Hill Jr. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance of $7,801.31 plus interest, alleging that the defendant failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Alicia Cook of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette Irons.
