Barclay's Bank is seeking over $2,500 in sums due

GRETNA – Barclay's Bank is seeking more than $2,500 in sums due.

Barclay's Bank Delaware filed a suit July 23 against Lorenda J. Kalczynski in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,512.63 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 785854.
