Woman claims injury from fall in a Home Depot

GRETNA – A woman is seeking damages for an alleged fall at Home Depot.

Mindy Geiger filed a suit July 23 against The Home Depot in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident which took place on May 22, 2018 when the plaintiff was caused to trip and fall on a forklift that was left in a dangerous position at the 2625 Veterans Memorial Blvd Home Depot.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Frank Lagarde Jr.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
