Lawsuit claims Bryant Building and Construction owes couple $14,000

GRETNA – A couple is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note from a contractor.

Louis Harvey and Susan Harvey filed a suit July 24 against Paul Bryant and Bryant Building and Construction Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open balance on a promissory note in the balance of $14,000, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance remaining on a promissory note issued by the defendant.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gabriel Mondino of Burgos & Associates LLC in New Orleans.
