Rio Lindo Inc. says defendant failed to comply with property standards

GRETNA – A property company is seeking damages, alleging that the defendant has failed to remedy property standards.

Rio Lindo Inc. filed a suit July 23 against Lisa A. Runnels in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging failure to improve property standards.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, alleging that on April 17 the owner of the property at 2513 Minnesota Ave. in Metairie was found to be outside of compliance with minimum property standards. After receiving warning to remedy the property, the defendant has failed to do so.

The defendant is accused of failing to correct violations to a property.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by John Davidson of Davidson & Davidson APLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 785919.
